Schedule appointmentWith age, the skin loses its regenerative power. Environmental factors, inflammation, or a slowed cell metabolism can impair the skin's structure. Exosome treatment offers an innovative approach to skin rejuvenation and cell renewal—highly effective, biological, and without surgical intervention.
Dr. Rosalia LuketinaA pale complexion, fine lines, scars, or skin irritations are common problems caused by impaired cell communication and a lack of regeneration. Exosomes are cell messengers—they contain signaling proteins, growth factors, and genetic material that specifically activate repair processes. During application, these active messenger substances are introduced into the skin – usually as part of a microneedling treatment. There, they take effect directly at the cellular level: they stimulate collagen and elastin production, reduce inflammation, accelerate healing, and visibly improve the skin’s structure. The treatment is suitable for the face, neck, décolleté, and other sensitive areas.
Exosome treatment has the potential to profoundly rejuvenate the skin at a cellular level. Fine lines are smoothed, pores are refined, redness is reduced, and the skin appears more even and resilient. The method also shows very good results for acne scars, pigmentation disorders, and mature skin. The effects begin after a few days and continue to develop over several weeks. Depending on the skin type, two to four sessions at four-week intervals are recommended. Refresh treatments can be tailored to individual needs.
Before the first application, a personal consultation takes place to analyze skin type, treatment areas, and individual goals. Alcohol, nicotine, and blood-thinning medications should be avoided two to three days before treatment to minimize side effects such as bruising.
The treatment begins with thorough cleansing and disinfection of the skin. Depending on the method, the exosomes are administered via microneedling, injections, or in combination with skin boosters. The procedure takes about 30 to 60 minutes. An anesthetic cream can be applied upon request.
After treatment, slight redness, swelling, or small bruises may occur. These usually subside on their own within a few hours or days. The skin may feel slightly tight in the first few hours, which indicates that the regeneration process has begun. You should refrain from wearing makeup, intense sun exposure, and physical exertion for the first 24 hours.
In the first few days after treatment, the skin should be cared for particularly gently. Use mild cleansing products and moisturizing creams to support the healing process. Direct sunlight and solarium visits should be avoided. For long-lasting results, two to four treatments at 30-day intervals are generally recommended, followed by refresher treatments every 4 to 6 months.

We look forward to hearing from you! Feel free to ask us anything before you decide!
Exosomes are microscopic messenger substances released by cells. They contain proteins, lipids, and genetic information that specifically stimulate repair processes and improve cell communication. In the skin, they promote collagen formation and have a regenerative and anti-inflammatory effect.
Exosomes are introduced into the skin using fine needles—usually in combination with microneedling or as an injection. The treatment takes around 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the area. It is well tolerated and requires hardly any downtime.
The first improvements in skin appearance, moisture, and texture are often visible after just a few days. The full results develop within four to six weeks.
Depending on the condition of your skin, we recommend two to four treatments at intervals of approximately four weeks. Refresh treatments can be planned individually.
After treatment, redness, slight flaking, or a feeling of tightness may occur. These reactions are temporary. The exosomes used are biologically compatible and are well absorbed.
The method is suitable for all skin types and is particularly recommended for signs of fatigue, premature skin aging, acne scars, or uneven complexion.
Yes, it is particularly beneficial to combine it with microneedling, BBL Heroic, skin boosters, or PRP. This allows the effects on cell activation and skin improvement to be specifically enhanced.
