Schedule appointmentChanges such as fine lines, scars, or redness often make the skin appear uneven and can affect self-confidence. Treatment with injectable polynucleotides promotes natural regeneration and helps to achieve a fresh, even appearance.
Dr. Rosalia LuketinaOver time, the skin loses its natural firmness and radiance. In addition to the aging process, acne, rosacea, and environmental influences also contribute to our skin appearing uneven or tired. Injectable polynucleotides offer a gentle but effective solution for these changes. Polynucleotides are DNA building blocks that stimulate our skin cells to regenerate themselves and repair damaged tissue. This minimally invasive treatment stimulates collagen and elastin production, making the skin more resilient and supple. Unlike traditional fillers, the treatment does not build volume, but promotes natural tissue renewal. It is effective in reducing wrinkles and also in treating acne scars, redness, and pigmentation disorders. The application is versatile and can be used on the face, neck, décolleté, hands, and even on the scalp to promote hair growth.
After treatment, the skin appears smoother, firmer, and fresher. Fine lines and wrinkles are visibly reduced, while the skin gains elasticity and moisture. The polynucleotides stimulate the natural regeneration processes, making the skin appear more even. There is also a significant improvement in scars and redness—the complexion appears calmer and more balanced. In addition to refining the skin structure, the treatment also helps with acne scars, rosacea, and pigmentation disorders. Initial results are often visible after just a few days, while the full results unfold over the following weeks. Regular treatments help to improve the complexion in the long term and keep the skin healthy and vital.
This treatment is flexible and offers targeted solutions for different skin areas and concerns:
Neck & décolleté:
Before treatment, we conduct a detailed consultation to discuss your individual needs and skin goals. Avoid alcohol and nicotine in the days leading up to your appointment to ensure your skin is optimally prepared for treatment. If you are taking blood-thinning medication, please discuss this with us in advance.
After cleansing and disinfecting the skin, the polynucleotides are injected into the middle layer of the skin using fine needles. The treatment takes around 20 to 30 minutes. Most patients find the treatment comfortable, as an anesthetic cream can be applied on request.
After treatment, redness, slight swelling, or small bruises may occur, but these will quickly subside. The skin may feel tight, which indicates that the regeneration process has begun. For the first 24 hours, we recommend avoiding makeup, direct sunlight, and sauna visits.
In the days following treatment, you should take special care to protect your skin. Use mild cleansing products and moisturizing creams. Direct sunlight and solarium visits should be avoided so as not to put additional strain on the skin. For optimal results, we recommend 2 to 3 treatments at intervals of 2-4 weeks, followed by refresher treatments every 6 to 12 months.

We look forward to hearing from you! Feel free to ask us anything before you decide!
Most patients find the treatment to be well tolerated. The fine needles cause at most a slight pulling or pressure sensation. An anesthetic cream can be used if necessary.

Yes, the treatment promotes cell renewal, which leads to smoother skin in cases of acne, acne scars, and scars. Redness, such as that which occurs with rosacea, is also significantly reduced.
Slight redness, swelling, or small bruises may occur after treatment, but these will quickly subside. Since polynucleotides are made up of natural building blocks, allergic reactions are very rare.
